I have just one point I'd like to drive home. But first-- I will say I'm sad that, after all this time, journalists from all over give prominent placement to the disinformation published by Facebook about Facebook -- The New York Times felt the need to put the firm's misdirection statement about the hearings in
Maybe op out would be good, but people are pretty passive about doing that sort of thing. My idea would be to levy a federal excise tax on social media ad revenue calibrated so that the more any one user engages the higher the tax on the ads the user sees.
Of course this means I would not see so many posts of my bozo friends on FB that I have to spend time explaining to them once again that they are WRONG! Biden is not a Socialist; we do not have an open border. vaccines do not have microchips. and the even though Jesus does love me, the world was not created in 7 days. :)
