It seems like certain parts of the design of Facebook ads are intended to give an advantage to scam advertisers. It doesn't look like they just hire too few ad reviewers for the number of ads they get.
Under this logic, should the phone company(s) be sued for collectively enabling phone spam and phishing calls that they either (a) should know are fraudulent; or (b) should have long ago taken steps to weed out?
